The place in this photo is Jiufen in Taiwan, a small town that inspired the town of Japanese Animation "Spirited Away". The night was so dark and the weather was bad, I had to bump up the ISO of my camera to get this shot. The image has noticeable digital noise but I still think that it is a good photo.
