At the presentation of the national flag and a copy of the 1916 Proclamation ceremony at Scoil Mhuire Lourdes Boys N.S., Carrigaline, were TPR Bryan O'Dwyer, Collins Barracks, presenting the flag to sixth class pupil Sean Byrne in the presence of (from left) CPO Damien Murphy, Irish Naval Service, Lt. Elizabeth Barrett, do.; Simon Coveney, T.D., Minister for Agriculture, Food, the Marine and Defence, and Vice-Admiral Mark Mellett, Chief of Staff, Defence Forces.
