Pupils form a guard of honour to welcome Sub Lt Daniel Cagney and Chief Petty Officer Ruairi De Barra of the Irish Naval Service, before the reading of the Proclamation and the presentation of the national flag and a copy of the 1916 Proclamation, at a special ceremony at Gaelscoil Mhachan on Avenue de Rennes, Mahon.
