Sub Lt Daniel Cagney and Chief Petty Officer Ruairi De Barra make the presentation to pupils representing their classes, at the Irish Naval Service reading of the Proclamation during the presentation of the national flag and a copy of the 1916 Proclamation, at a special ceremony at Gaelscoil Mhachan on Avenue de Rennes, Mahon.
