Bealtine Festival 2016- The official opening of Ballyphehane Community Arts Exhibition at Tory Top Road Library.
Artist Gwen O'Flaherty with Charlotte Marchandise-Franquet, Deputy Mayor for Health, Rennes City Council, who performed the official opening.
Forty pieces will be on show at the public library until 17th May 2016.
