Lord Mayor Cllr Des Cahill presents Denis 'Dino' Cregan, former Lord Mayor, with a framed colour photo of himself as Lord Mayor in 1991. As is tradition, after 25 years the colour prints are removed from the wall of the public corridor and a black and white photo is mounted on a wall within the Lord Mayor's office.
