Transition year students Ryan O'Flynn and Sean Henry Squires, from Presentation Brothers College, Cork looking after recently rescued puppies at the Cork Society Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (CSPCA) shelter at Mahon, Co. Cork. The nine puppies are approximately 5-6weeks old, and were found on Monday, in the shed of a derelict house at Churchfield, Cork City after a member of the public phoned the CSPCA. The puppies are a German Sheperd mix and will be available for rehousing from mid-to-late January 2017. The puppies mother (bitch) was not found with the litter when the warden collected the dogs.
