Members of Cork Deaf Club during a courtesy visit to the Lord Mayor, Cllr. Des Cahill, at City Hall where they also highlighted the campaign for recognition for Irish sign language as an official language in Ireland. Present were - (seated) Alice Walsh, vice-chairperson, (left) and Breda Brosnan, chairperson, and (standing from left) Catherine Landers, Noreen Ryan, Conor Brosnan, Angela Dennehy and Raphael Greene, ISL interpreter.
