David Keane, DK Connemara Oysters is among 21 renowned seafood producers who have been selected as members of the Taste the Atlantic – A Seafood Journey trail, developed by BIM in partnership with Failte Ireland. Today they gathered at Spanish Point in Co. Clare where they will take part in a 3-day ‘Experience Development Programme’ hosted by Failte Ireland and Bord Iascaigh Mhara (BIM) aimed at developing and enhancing visitor offerings that align to the Wild Atlantic Way.
