My daughter Caoimhe Moran Lally who had just turned 8, on the Champs Elysee Sunday 24th November 2019. 1 Sunday a month is traffic free, we walked the length of it very early and not 1 person did we meet- the photo opportunity was a once in a lifetime for us, if a little eerie - post apocalypse!
