 The goats broke loose...Four young kids were herded by members of the public and penned with construction fencing on Wellington Road, Cork City this morning. Gardai were at the scene to assist. The four kid goats had no herd tags and were impounded by dog wardens for Cork City Council. A large billy goat remained on the loose in the St Luke's area for much of the morning before eventually making its way to Spring Lane via The Glen River Park, under escort from Gardai .
