Cork City Sports Athletics Awards for July & August were presented at The River Lee Hotel, Cork. on Friday 10th September 2021. JULY RECIPIENT Diarmuid O’Connor with (left) Shay Curtin, Cork City Sports, Eoghan Dinan, The Echo, Tony O'Connell of Cork City Sports, Kieran McGeary of Cork's 96FM & C103 and Terri O'Rourke of Cork City Sports at the awards presentation. The Cork City Sports Athlete for the Month July is Diarmuid O’Connor ( Bandon AC). Diarmuid set a new Irish Junior Decathlon record at the European Junior Championships in Estonia.
