On Sunday Diarmuid Higgins will become the National President, ONE and the local Cobh branch will celebrate the official opening of the welfare offices and apartments 'Bru na Farraige' at Cobh, Co Cork. Brú na Farraige will be formally opened on Sunday by Minister Simon Coveney, and the newly appointed Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Seán Clancy will also be in attendance.
