Fifth year students Shane Dwyer, Dylan Peelo, Shane O'Reilly, Corey McCarthy and Calvin Lowther with hot school lunches at Terence MacSwiney College, Hollyhill/Knocknaheeny. The student developed a prototype App called The Food Fund while in transition year as part of the Young Social Innovators Programme. Unused Hot meals /lunches delivered to the DEISE school can be collected and delivered to Cork Penny Dinners for distribution, cutting food waste in the school.
