 Blue Demons Basketball founding member Jim Dineen with Club Chairman, Michael O'Leary with jersies formerly worn by Noel McCarthy, (RIP) a founder member of Blue Demons BC in 1966. Noel won his first international cap at Under 16 level in 1961 and won many senior caps with Ireland. Included are the colours of De Paul, the red singlet of Blue Demons, an Ireland singlet and the modern club colours of Mardyke UCC Demons. The mens superleague team reverted to the original team colour arrangement of red over blue, in memory of Noel McCarthy, at their superleague game last weekend. Pic: Larry Cummins
