Official opening of Douglas Rochestown Educate Together National School new school building on Carr’s Hill. The new school was officially opened by Tánaiste Micheál Martin, with Lord Mayor Cllr Kieran McCarthy, Minister Simon Coveney, Minister Michael McGrath, Donnchadh Ó Laoghaire, TD and City Cllr Mary-Rose Desmond were among the guests at the ceremony at the school which now has approximately 500 pupils on the roll.
