 William Hackett, from Douglas on a run as he tries a new route via the new Vernon Mount Bridge linking the Grange Road with Tramore Valley Park. The bridge is now open to the public. following a 'soft opening' overnight on Hallowe'en night. The 62m bridge which spans the N40 was installed in April, linking Grange to Tramore Valley Park and is now accessible to all via a tarmac shared pathway. Contractors for Jons Civil Engineering remain onsite as they complete a snag list. The Vernon Mount Bridge is to be officially opened on 17th November 2023 Pic; Larry Cummins
