Courgettes with whipped ardsallagh, one of the dishes served at the Long Table on MacCurtain Street in Cork’s Victorian Quarter, a shared dining event for 400 people which marked the start of the five day long Cork on a Fork food festival.
Cork on a Fork Festival is a celebration of Cork's unique food culture, offering a delicious blend of food, drink, and entertainment across the city's streets, restaurants, and venues over 5 days. Expect pop up street dinners, chef collaborations, food trails, free cooking demos, unique dining events and lots of family fun. Organized by Cork City Council see www.corkonaforkfest.ie more.
