Oxford and Cambridge Boat Clubs, racing on the Lakes of Killarney on Sunday, in The KIllarney Rowing Festival, celebrating the 228th Killarney Regatta, the oldest surviving regatta in the World. The six Killarney Rowing Clubs, challenged Oxford and Cambridge to row the 'Killarney Sixes' a unique boat built by Salters of Ireland for the final race 'Lakes of Killarney Salters Cup, Coxing the Oxford crew Raymond Coffey,Fossa RC, Killarney and Coxing the Cambridge Crew was Mikey Joe Burns, Workmen's RC, Killarney, the other rowing clubs competing included, Muckross RC, Commercials RC, St Brendan's RC, Flesk Valley RC.Photo:Valerie O'Sullivan/No Repro Fee/issued 28-07-2013
