At first I wanted a different composition from the platform for the sunset shot, but there were numerous photographers already there, so I have chosen this instead. And I'm kinda glad I did. This is a panorama created from 3 horizontal images.

IMG 8644 This photo was taken during one of my night sky photo sessions. I live in Crossbarry Co, Cork where is old quarry a perfect spot for night photography due to low artificial light pollution. It is a long exposure photography so i had to use a tripod and intervalometer to keep the shot steady.

I wanted her to get back into nature and experience how it can be celebrated and see how much fun it can be even when she is not playing on electronic devices. For me this photo captured all of that and it was a pleasure to see her simply smiling.
