"Every man should have a little woman behind him". My son Mike Horgan (who took the photo) with his girlfriend Sarah O'Dea and their best friend Paul O'Regan having fun before Sydney Bridge climb. On their way to New Zealand for a year beginning 2018 but fitting in a visit to Sarah's brother in Newcastle Australia and some sightseeing first.

This image was captured in early 2017 on a beautiful January morning, at Doo Lough Valley Co. Mayo. My inspiration came for this photo because of the time of the year, and the orientation of the valley, I was conscious of the fact the sun would be shining down the valley just as it rose above the horizon, giving a beautiful lit up sky over the valley as the sun was rising. I was very fortunate that all the elements just came together on this particular morning, presenting the striking scene in question.
