For one night only, the Penguins at the Dingle Aquarium, will play host to a pop-up restaurant as part of the forthcoming Dingle Peninsula Food & Wine Festival which will take place over the weekend of the 30 September to the 2nd October 2011. Local chefs, Kevin Murphy and Sinead Sheehy will be serving up a feast of local seafood to diners in the Penguin enclosure on the Saturday night of this gastro extravaganza which has become one of the key dates in the annual foodie calendar. The festival will also feature the 4th annual Blas na hEireann Awards where the judging of over 1,000 of the country's finest produce will culminate in a free sampling in Benner’s Hotel.
