Sixty-three of a total of one hundred and twenty choir members made the trip to Cork. A (total) travelling party of approximately eighty travelled 18,000km, over twenty-four flight hours, to appear at the Festival. The choir had previously never travelled outside Tasmania, and described the festival as a unique festival for its welcome and involvement of non-competitive choirs.

From FACEBOOK PAGE- 4 year old Callum is from Co. Cork. He suffers from PHACE (Posterior fossa, Hemangioma, Arterial lesions, Cardiac abnormalities, Eye abnormalities) Syndrome which is a rare condition which affects approximately 1000 people worldwide.
His condition affects the Brain, Heart, Eye and he also has many other medical conditions which greatly impact his quality of life.
