My sister Paula Garvan, pictured by my son Sean (age 13) at my husband's 50th birthday party. Sean took one look at her dress & knew exactly where he wanted to take her picture. This was a scene setter we bought for our kitchen walls for the party. We all thought it was a great picture he captured on his smartphone - "A Spacer floating in space"😂 he called it.

Baginbun beach at 9.40 am New Years Morning 2018 near Hook Peninsula, Co. Wexford. Taken by Charles Dudley
I go swimming nearly every day on this lovely beach at Baginbun, Co. Wexford, quite near the Hook Peninsula. This photo was taken quite early on New Years Day this year using my Huawei EVA L09 (P9) mobile phone. This exact spot was the scene of the Anglo Norman Invasion of Ireland on the 1st. May 1170 lead by Raymond Le Gros.

Sunny day on our patio. Our black cat Midnight was being curious as we had moved out some things from our conservatory to use outdoors, including this white cane stool which frames him in the photo. Taken with a Panasonic DMC TZ1 compact camera set to Auto by me, Charles Dudley, recently retired.

Winter Boost
November 26th 2018, I was about to put some items in the recycle bin outside when I spotted this wasp taking a break on the lid. He was barely moving and I thought he might struggle to get energy to carry on.
I dropped a little honey in front of him and he seemed to eat it as it flowed down to him. It was about 5°C and 11 AM in Ennis. After about 5 mins he flew off.
