Photo of my 5 month old dog called Riley. Taken on the Monday the 14th at around half twelve pm. Sitting on the floor playing with him I thought the way the light hit his face made for a good photo. Getting him to sit still was a challenge but nothing a little bribe with a treat cant do. Even though he is only 5 months old I feel this photo makes him look mature. Photo taken by Ciara Hourihane

is it fear or is it being protective, this swan letting the people around the river bank know keep your distance. got the shot on the garavouge river in Sligo town a few years back. When I saw the swan it put a bit of fear in me but also the swan was afraid of the people around the river bank
