The 'Park Events Team', part of Douglas Community Association, are getting ready for their Christmas Parade, family day and the switching on of the Christmas lights in the community park on Sunday 1st December 2019. Children from the local schools have been busy painting the (construction) hoarding in the park. As part of the day's activities donations/items are being collected for Cork Penny Dinners.
