Choir performance at Ashton School annual Prize Day ceremony on Thursday, October 24th. This event provides the school with the opportunity to celebrate school life, academic success and sporting excellence. It was attended by members of the Board of Management, school staff, students, parents and invited guests. In his speech, the Principal, Mr Adrian Landen, acknowledged the contribution of the Board of Management, teachers, students, parents and ancillary staff to making Ashton the success that it is. He said that our annual Prize Day ceremony gives us the opportunity to formally acknowledge and celebrate students’ achievements. He also reminded students that another purpose of the Prize Day ceremony was also to inspire those who were not awarded prizes this year to set new personal goals for themselves and to aim for future success..
